Chance Casey has been a student of the Real Estate industry for many years. When he was “growing up” his father and grandfather both had successful careers in the Real Estate world and he wanted to be just like them. Watching his father acquire land in 4 different states and build homes on it while providing jobs and careers to the people he worked with spoke volumes to Chance at a young age and left a huge impact on how he would grow into the business today. Eager to prove himself, Chance jumped into Real Estate as a Realtor on a successful team at the young age of 22. After realizing the real estate team he was on did not have a goal for absolute growth with no ceiling, he decided he needed to own and operate his own business just like his father.
The first few months were really tough, but at the end of the first year he was on top and had achieved his goal of setting himself apart from the pack. Not only did he hit his production goals, he was also awarded Keller Williams “Rookie of the Year” title against 63 other agents, outperforming every other new agent. At this time Chance was often working 12-14-hour days, holding open houses 6 days a week, and showing homes or making prospecting calls every day of the week. After doing research on the top agents in the industry from other states, Chance noticed something. The industry needed to change as technology developed that could be used to attract more buyers, and he was already savvy to these methods since he owned his own marketing company before being in real estate. Chance reinvented the way he sold homes and acquired buyers.
This work ethic helped Chance acquire a large portfolio of buyers that numbers in the thousands. On his path, Chance became an agent in the top 20%, top 10%, then top 10 of his company, Keller Williams Realty. In his second year in the business, he was asked to be a member of the Agent Leadership Committee, which operates as a Board of Directors for each independently owned and operated Keller Williams Franchise office. This led him on his path to become a leader and teacher in the industry. Chance started training entire classrooms of new and old agents using time-tested methods and sharing his own creative home selling techniques. He dealt with real problems Keller Williams and his own company faced daily by meeting with the top agents at his company monthly. At this same time, AZ Journal of Real Estate and Business asked Chance to be a part of their nominations for “Top Real Estate Salesperson of the Year”.
Fast forward to 2020 and Chance has made a name for himself. He has realigned himself with the fastest-growing brokerage in Arizona, My Home Group. He currently has ranked within the top 1% agents in the company. He continues to grow his business each year, finding new and interesting ways to be at the cutting edge of real estate sales.
Chance is an outstanding agent and we do not mean to brag. We want to impress upon you what makes Chance different from your average agent. Think of this as his resume for the job to sell your home.
